We currently provide shipping only in the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico as of 2024). We don't accept orders that require shipping outside of the U.S.
We do our best that you receive your order in 3-7 business days. If you have not received your order in over 7 business days or have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@dallitalia.com
Take as much time as you need to figure out if your purchase is right for you, we accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date for beauty and personal care products. (We do require that the product container contains at least half of the product for the item to be accepted under our return policy) If your product contains less than half of the product and you would still like to return, contact us at info@dallitalia.com
