Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from DALLITALIA.COM, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return for U.S.-based orders:

  1. Locate the returns link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit your orders page in your account.
  2. Confirm your return request and print the prepaid shipping label provided.
  3. If you do not have a printer, you may present your digital return code at an eligible USPS location, where they will print the label for you.

We do require that the product container contains at least half of the product for the item to be accepted under our return policy.

Note: We do not accept orders or returns from addresses outside of the United States.

Processing & Refund Timelines

  • Returns are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after your return is approved.
  • For U.S. returns, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your purchase was made outside of DALLITALIA.COM, please contact the retailer directly. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized retailers or distributors.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order. This ensures the fastest way to receive your desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
