These SMS Terms govern the Dall'Italia Concierge text messaging program. They are part of, and incorporated into, the Dall'Italia Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

The Dall'Italia Concierge SMS program is used for inbound customer service and concierge support. We do NOT use SMS for cold outreach, lead generation, mass texting, or unsolicited promotional campaigns.

1. Program Description

Dall'Italia Concierge provides conversational SMS support related to:

  • Customer inquiries about products, orders, salon services, and product recommendations
  • Order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
  • Customer support replies and concierge follow-up after a phone call, voicemail, or web inquiry
  • Appointment booking, confirmations, reminders, and missed-call follow-ups
  • Account or security alerts
  • Occasional marketing offers — only where you have separately opted in to marketing

Dall'Italia Concierge messages are sent by Dall'Italia, LLC. Where applicable, follow-up messages may also be sent on behalf of a Dall'Italia partner salon you have engaged.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to the Dall'Italia Concierge SMS program when you do any of the following:

  • Submit your phone number through a Dall'Italia website form (such as the Contact page, salon partner application, or concierge inquiry form) AND check the SMS consent box that appears next to or beneath the phone field
  • Provide your phone number when placing an order, where opt-in language is presented at the point of collection
  • Reply to or initiate a text conversation with a Dall'Italia phone number
  • Verbally consent during a recorded concierge phone call

By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provided is your own and that you authorize us to send SMS messages to that number for the purposes described in Section 1.

Consent is NEVER a condition of any purchase. You can place an order, browse, or contact us without opting in to SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, your orders, and your interactions with our concierge team. There is no fixed number of messages per period.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dall'Italia does not charge for sending SMS messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out of the Dall'Italia Concierge SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After we receive your STOP message, we will send one final confirmation message and will stop sending you SMS for that program.

You can also opt out by:

  • Emailing ciao@dallitalia.com with the phone number to remove
  • Calling +1 (206) 222-3409 during support hours
  • Asking us to remove your number during a concierge phone call

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to place orders or contact us by other channels.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is best-effort and depends on your carrier and device.

8. Privacy

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your phone number, opt-in status, or SMS content with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the service providers necessary to deliver the messages you have requested (such as Twilio for SMS delivery), and only for the purpose of delivering those messages.

9. Eligibility

The Dall'Italia Concierge SMS program is available to U.S.-based recipients on supported mobile carriers. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

No mobile information or phone numbers collected through our SMS program will be shared with, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect your mobile number and name when you opt in on our website, to send event invitations and reminders, follow-ups, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We share data only with service providers that help us deliver the messages, solely for that purpose.
